How to Redeem/Use?

 

1. Visit Yatra.com and check the flights or hotels as per your itinerary details.

2. Click on Book Now.

3. On the Payments page, enter the Yatra Gift Card (Voucher) code in the Gift Cards (Vouchers) section and click on apply.

Terms & Conditions

 

• The Instant Gift Card (Voucher) is valid for booking on Flights (Domestic/International), Hotels/Buses (Domestic), and Holidays (Domestic/International) only at Yatra.com.

​

• An instant Gift Card (Voucher) is valid for One-time transactions only.

​

• Instant Gift Card (Vouchers) can be used online for booking Flights (domestic/international) and Buses (domestic) individually.

​

• Instant Gift Card (Voucher) is Cumulative, i.e. 2 or more vouchers can be clubbed together to make a booking. However, Cumulative redemption is possible Offline only (through the Yatra Call centre).

​

• Buses (domestic) can be redeemed online only.

​

• Hotels (domestic), Holidays (domestic/international) can be redeemed offline only by calling 0124? 3040707/700 between 10 AM to 7 PM (all seven days).

​

• Users have to apply/quote the unique Instant Gift Card (Voucher) number at the time of booking to avail of the benefits.

​

• Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceeds the Instant Gift Card (Voucher) value).

​

• If Instant Gift Card (Voucher) is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.

​

• This Instant Gift Card (Voucher) cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Yatra.com.

​

• No additional Discount/reduction in the price will be entertained other than the offer mentioned on the Instant Gift Card (Voucher).

​

• If a purchase is less than the value of the Instant Gift Card (Voucher), then the customer can avail of the discount maximum up to the value of the purchase only. Balance Instant Gift Card (Voucher) amount will be forfeited and customers will have to pay Re.1 to complete the transaction.

​

• If a purchase is equal to the value of the Instant Gift Card (Voucher), then the customer will have to pay Re.1 to complete the transaction.

​

• Multiple EGVs (up to 3) can be combined and used in a single transaction. Call Yatra customer care for clubbing the voucher.

​

• Gift vouchers will be delivered within 6 to 8 working days.
