How to Redeem/Use?

Hyatt E-Gift Card can be redeemed against eligible purchases. Eligible purchases do not include casino purchases, advanced purchases, deposits, friends and family rates, payments for meetings, catering or group functions, negotiated rates (including volume, group, contracted, or other rates that have been previously negotiated and agreed in writing whether paid on a group or individual basis), and goods/services purchased through or provided by third parties, such as travel agents. All other purchases made at participating Hyatt hotels in India are eligible. Use of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of terms. A valid card in its original form or e-mail must be presented at the time of availing a service.

• This Hyatt Gift Card is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  Hyatt Gift card needs to be registered before use.

• This Hyatt Gift Card is for one-time use only. Partial Redemption of a Gift card will not be possible.

• Hyatt Gift Card can be redeemed against eligible purchases. • Should your purchase exceed the value of the gift card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer.

• Protect the Hyatt Gift Card to avoid misuse. Hyatt or Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited shall not assume any liability in case the PIN gets stolen/compromised, Hyatt shall neither replace the Hyatt Gift Card nor refund in any form.

​

• Multiple Hyatt Gift Cards can be used in one transaction. The maximum denomination per card is limited to Rs 10,000.

​

• Once issued, Hyatt Gift Card cannot be cancelled or blocked. Reload of the Gift Card is not allowed.

​

• The cardholder may request the revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request, the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

​

• Gift Card and these terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Gift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore. Hyatt and related marks are trademarks of Hyatt International Corporation or its affiliates.
