How to Redeem/Use?

  1. Activate your ITC Hotels e-gift Card before redeeming it.

  2. The e-gift Card can be redeemed at any of the participating ITC Hotels, Welcomhotels, Fortune Hotels & WelcomHeritage Hotels.

  3. At the time of check-out/ settling the invoice, use your e-gift to redeem it by sharing the 16-digit card number and the OTP received on the registered mobile number.

  4. A valid card in its original form must be presented at the time of availing a service.

  5. The experiences & services include:

  • Stays (including Food and Beverage charges, internet and telephone services) when booked through direct channels (ITC Hotels website).

  • Standalone Food and Beverage charges including alcoholic beverages.

  • Food & Beverage, Home Delivery & Takeaway Orders.

  • Spends at Fabelle boutiques at ITC Hotels.

  • Spa (only as a resident guest unless specified otherwise in T&C) & Salon charges.

  • Spends at select participating hotels/Delis.

  • Applicable taxes.

6. The gift card must be presented at the time of availing a service, and an OTP will be sent to the customer's registered mobile number.

Terms & Conditions

 

  • ITC Hotels e-gift Card is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited.

  • To register and activate your ITC Hotels Gift Card, please send a SMS from your mobile phone as follows: ACT<space>CardNumber<space>CardPin<space>FirstName<space>LastName to 99639 00600. The sending of the said message to the designated mobile number and receipt of due acknowledgement thereto shall constitute registration of the User.

  • ITC Limited/Qwikcilver shall honour and consider requests for blocking of e-gift Cards only from users who have registered under the terms of the e-gift Card mentioned below.

  • A valid e-gift Card in its original form has to be presented at the time of availing a service.

  • E-gift Card may be used only at participating ITC’s Hotels Group in India.

  • All e-gift Cards issued shall have a validity period of 1 year from the date of issuance of cards.

  • This E-gift Card cannot be transferred for balance value or redeemed for cash.

  • This E-gift Card is cash equivalent. Qwikcilver, ITC Limited or their affiliates are not responsible if this e-gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.

  • No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the Gift Card.

  • Reload is not applicable in the case of e-gift Cards.

  • Any dispute shall be referred to Qwikcilver and the decision of Qwikcilver will be final.

  • Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram, India.

  • Qwikcilver & ITC Limited reserves the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website. https://www.qwikcilver.com/terms-and-conditions/ No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.

  • The cardholder may request the revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such a request, the e-gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Please refer to the Customer Grievance policy for dispute resolution, unauthorized transactions and liability-related aspects at https://www.qwikcilver.com/grievance-policy/

  • Non-receipt of Gift Card post 7 days of receipt of dispatch confirmation has to be reported immediately or else Qwikcilver, ITC Limited or their affiliates will not be liable for the misuse of the card.

  • The e-gift Card is valid for spending towards stays (room & incidental charges), food & beverages, Home deliveries & takeaways, spa services (for resident guests only), Fabelle boutiques and applicable taxes at any of the participating hotels.

  • The e-gift Card is not valid for spending towards settling banquet charges, paid-outs like car transfers spends at retail or any third party service establishment at participating hotels, or any expenses of personal nature for which a pay-out is raised such as buying medicines, repairs of personal items etc.

  • The e-gift Cards cannot be used to settle stays booked on/thru

  • Corporate rates

  • Group rates

  • Online Travel Agents (OTA)

  • Any negotiated room rates

  • Travel Agents/Intermediaries

  • Any commission agents

  • The e-gift Card shall not be valid for withdrawal of cash or currency exchange.

  • Multiple transactions can be performed on the gift card until the value of the card is exhausted.

  • Should the purchase value exceed the card value, the differential amount of such purchase shall have to be paid at the point of sale either in cash or through an accepted credit or debit card, at the time of making such purchase. International cards are not accepted for the purchase of gift cards.

  • Club ITC Green Points will not be awarded for transactions settled using Gift Cards. However, for transactions settled with a combination of Gift Card and any other eligible payment mode the Club ITC Green Points will be awarded for the differential amount being settled through the alternate payment mode.

  • A card once issued cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • The e-gift Card can be purchased for a minimum value of ₹ 500 and a maximum value of ₹ 10,000 per transaction

  • The e-gift Card will be delivered instantly to the recipient's email address as entered in the form on the same day unless the delivery is scheduled for a particular day.

  • For any queries, balance check and date of expiry please visit https://www.woohoo.in/balenq and input the Card Number in the 'Check Balance' section.

  • In case of theft, kindly report the same to Qwikcilver. Upon verification of the identity of the guest, the card will be blocked and a fresh card will be reissued. The card is a cash equivalent bearer card. Qwikcilver, ITC Limited & its affiliates shall not be responsible for lost or stolen cards and any misuse thereof. A reissued card shall have the balance validity of the originally issued card.

  • Redemption of the card by its bearer shall be a valid discharge of Qwikcilver & ITC Limited's liabilities in respect of the card.

  • The card is subject to applicable laws. The cardholder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.
